1. Place gelatin in small bowl. Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir till utterly dissolved. Pour gelatin combination into blender; add 1 cup sliced strawberries, cream cheese, chilly water and almond extract. Blend 1 minute or till utterly easy.
2. Pour combination into medium bowl. Thoroughly whisk whipped topping into combination (ensure that gelatin combine doesn’t settle to backside).
three. Pour mousse into 6 serving cups. Refrigerate not less than 2 hours, or till mousse units. Top mousse with remaining sliced strawberries and dollop of whipped topping, if desired.
