1. Combine all components for dressing in a blender and mix till clean.
2. Spray a big nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium warmth. Add diced pepper and sauté three to four minutes, or till barely softened. Add the meat and chili powder to the pan and sauté 5 to six minutes, or till meat is well-browned. Stir within the salsa and cook dinner for one minute to mix.
three. Place 1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce onto every of 4 plates. Top every salad with three/four cup of the meat combination. Sprinkle on 1/four of the inexperienced onions, three tablespoons cheese and three tablespoons of dressing. Garnish with tomato wedges and non-compulsory tortilla strips, if desired.
