1. Place thawed strawberries and a pair of tablespoons orange juice focus in blender or meals processor; mix till easy.
2. Combine sugar and gelatin in medium saucepan. Stir in strawberry combination till nicely blended. Cook over medium warmth, stirring ceaselessly, till boiling.
three. Stir about half of strawberry combination into crushed egg whites. Return combination to saucepan. Cook, stirring always, over medium warmth about 2 minutes, or till barely thickened. Do not boil. Pour into giant bowl. Refrigerate 2 to 21/2 hours, or till combination mounds when spooned, stirring often.
four. Cut half of ladyfingers in half crosswise. Arrange round fringe of 9-inch tart pan with detachable backside. Place remaining ladyfingers in backside of pan, reducing to suit. Blend remaining 1 half teaspoons orange juice focus and water in small bowl. Drizzle over ladyfingers in pan.
5. Fold whipped topping and banana into strawberry combination; spoon into ladyfinger crust. Refrigerate no less than 2 hours. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. Cut into 10 slices.
